Executive Chef Jason Marrone is proud to feature a 3 course prix-fixe menu this evening! Enjoy your choice of appetizer, soup or salad and entree from the Gold Menu for $45 per person or from the Silver Menu for $35 per person (prix-fixe pricing is exlusive of tax and gratuity)! Menu is also available ala carte!

Appetizers:
Breaded Brie
Served warm with fig-apple chutney, port wine reduction and French-style bread~$9

Shrimp Cocktail
Served chilled with a trio of dipping sauces including bloody marry sauce, saffron rémoulade and green chili cocktail sauce~$9

Mussels
Steamed in our Millennium Trippel ale and finished with a relish of garlic, tomatoes and chorizo~$9

Danish Blue Cheese Dip
Served with pears, grapes, and French bread~$9

Served with smoked barley pilaf, black cherry-truffle glaze and broccolini~$32

Trio of Duck
Served three ways including confit style with leeks and endive, pan-seared with butternut squash and cranberry, and as a sausage with barley pilaf and chive crème fraiche~$32

Surf & Turf
Grilled filet mignon and butter poached lobster tail served with saffron-goat cheese risotto, crushed red pepper oil and a micro-greens salad~$32

Silver Menu:
Smoked Vegetable Paella
A Spanish dish of saffron rice combined with a variety of vegetables and tofu spiced similar to chorizo~$24

Seafood Linguine
Sun-dried tomato linguine tossed with shrimp, crab and fresh spinach and finished with white wine clam sauce~$24

Tilapia
Pan seared and served with carrot-ginger puree and spaghetti-cut squash~$21

Pork Loin
Stuffed with apricots and prunes and roasted and served with horseradish mashed potatoes and frangelico cream sauce~$21

Pan-seared supreme breast au jus served with pancetta-mascarpone soft polenta and confit of red peppers and cipollini onions~$21
